5 pm: Doors open. $5 suggested donation—all proceeds go to the Water Protector Legal Collective

Open gallery, with catering. There will be art to see, poems to read, and a multimedia blanket fort to experience.
7 pm: A reading from Bodies of Water & Women
(featuring mood lighting, candles, blankets, and optional floor seating. It’s gonna be cozy)
7:20 pm: Art for sale. Closing reception
Water is one of the greatest symbols of the nature of wisdom because its nature is paradoxical—it is empty yet full, weak yet strong, resistant yet yielding. Ultimately, it shapes itself to the vessel it is held in, and when the vessel has gone, it dissipates yet lives on.
