The Client: Terri Eidem

The Project: The Experience Your Life Journal

The Vision: A therapy journal that goes deeper than just “journal about your feelings.”

Terri wanted to create an interactive, embodied guide to journaling and self-exploration.

As a therapist who has held space for hundreds of people on their healing journey, Terri has an amazing ability to ask questions that get to the root of an issue, allowing others to experience new insights about old patterns and problems. With a strong background in NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), her therapeutic approach is about meeting people in the present moment and holding space for them to experience their authentic self, without the need to fix or improve anything. We worked together to make a therapy journal that showcases her brilliant questions, as well as embodiment practices, drawing meditations, quotes, and resources, creating a rich and nourishing space to meet yourself—in your body, in your breath, and on the page.

Make sure to check out Terri’s website and sign up for her email list, so you can stay in the loop when the EYL Journal hits the printer!

Kira’s superpower is listening.

She listened, reflected, and supported my vision, creating a website that looked, felt, and sounded like me. She took her time, so I never felt rushed and always felt heard. Her beautiful questions and honest, tactful feedback encouraged me to really think about my dream and hone in on exactly what I wanted for myself and my vision. The process of collaborating with her was thought-provoking and insightful, and the end result was better than I imagined it could be!
